"Move Fast and Fix Things: The Trusted Leader's Guide to Solving Hard Problems" by Frances Frei and Anne Morriss is the title of a 2023 book that gets mixed reviews in Goodreads.  The authors are consultants who cite their success stories as Uber, Riot Games, and WeWork.  Confidence inspiring?
